    I’m using Calphalon hard anodized pots and pans in my kitchen and they are extremely fine. But I never cook any item that could react with hard anodized aluminum. However, thanks for the awesome article about hard anodized cookware safety.

    One of my hard anodized pan get scratched, so can I continue with it or get new one? Is there any health risk with scratched anodized pan?

    1. No, It’s not recommended to use a scratched hard anodized pan for any kind of cooking or frying. But, if the scratch is very little, then you may continue. Otherwise, you should get a new one.
